South Hero Land Trust
Farms & Future Campaign!
|
| |

South Hero Land Trust’s conservation work and community-building efforts are made possible through strong membership support. Given our wonderful membership network, we are proud to announce South Hero Land Trust’s Farms and Future Campaign!
Through the Farms and Future Campaign, SHLT is raising money for program and operational support for the next three years, as well as funding the Land Preservation Fund. The Land Preservation Fund is money earmarked for land protection projects and allows SHLT to act quickly when high priority projects come up. Other programs that will be funded through the campaign include the South Hero Land Trust Farm Initiative, Friends of Round Pond, and staff time and bus funding associated with SHLT’s partnership in The Land, The Farms, and Me education program at Folsom School.
We have received numerous generous gifts so far totaling over $1 million towards our campaign goal of $1.35 million. South Hero Land Trust is now making the final push towards our goal. Together we can strengthen our working landscape, our community, and our island home! Please call Minner at 802-372-3786 for more information on how you can support the campaign.
