Camp Description: 
Monday - Friday 8:30am-3:30pm from August 7th-11th
- GISU students grades 2-4 welcome to sign up 
- Hosted by South Hero Land Trust 
- Program Overview: 
- Gathering and brewing sumac tea, making fresh butter, cooking delicious meals from garden-harvested ingredients, combining wild herbs to make salves for insect bites or bruises - these are just some of the activities we’ll do during this week of living off the land. With a focus on sustainable and ethical harvesting and farming/gardening, we will engage in hands-on learning using a variety of methods to provide our own food and medicine.
