Join South Hero Land Trust and the South Hero Recreation Commission to help clean up White’s Beach!

We will be gathering at 9:30 and ending roughly around 11, or whenever we finish. Afterwards we invite everyone to join us over at the volunteer thank-you bbq at Folsom.

We will provide green up bags. We have extra gloves, but if you have your own that is not a bad idea to bring them just in case.

We’ll work on cleaning up trash along the beach, as well as the grounds, plus we may do some invasive knotweed removal, if any shoots are poking up.

This is a great alternative for families with young kids who don’t feel safe greening up along the roads.

Also, we will be sharing draft designs for the new town beach bio-engineering project!

Everyone is welcome, no parking pass needed.
