Join Christine McMillian, owner of Capsand Creamery, for a cheesemaking workshop. Capsand Creamery is a diversified miniature goat dairy and homestead in South Hero, specializing in confections and body care products. This workshop will cover the science of cheese and demo an in-class preparation of quick mozzarella and ricotta. We’ll taste these two, plus a variety of store bought cheeses, as we discuss how different cheeses are made.
