Join us on Friday 9/11 from 9-11 am for a volunteer work party at Islandacres Trail. We will be building a boardwalk style bridge to cross a ditch along the trail. We will meet at the Roy Marsh parking lot at 5 Station Rd before walking over to the trail.

The Islandacres Trail is SHLT's newest public access trail, linking South Street with Tracy Road. Running along the Islandacres Farm's fields and the borders of the Roy Marsh, this 1.2 mile trail is being built in 2026 and will include accessibility features, interpretive signage, and beautiful views of the marsh.

Please Bring: Water bottle, gloves (we’ll have extra), and clothes and shoes you don’t mind getting dirty. If you have an extra drill to bring, that’d be helpful!
