Join us on Friday, July 17th from 9am-11am at the Folsom School/Town Parking Lot for a volunteer work party. We will be building boardwalks for the Islandacres Trail. 

The Islandacres Trail is SHLT's newest public access trail, linking South Street with Tracy Road. Running along the Islandacres Farm's fields and the borders of the Roy Marsh, this 1.2 mile trail is being built in 2026 and will include accessibility features, interpretive signage, and beautiful views of the marsh.

The goal for the day is to build a boardwalk to increase trail accessibility. All are welcome, but please leave pets at home. We will meet at the Folsom School / Town Parking Lot. 

Please Bring: Water bottle, gloves (we’ll have extra), and clothes and shoes you don’t mind getting dirty.
